The Three Thingies for UTT :)

Dear Mr. Teacher Sir,

There are many things wrong with the idea of naturalism, but lets just stick with three. So the first thing that is wrong is that naturalism never addresses things that are not physical, such as numbers, logic and the like. Numbers and logic are things we can know, they are concepts that we can fully understand. Things like this don't go with Darwinism and naturalism, they just cannot mix.

Another thing that contributes to the wrongness of naturalism is the fossil record. According to naturalism, all animals came from one common ancestor. The only problem is when we look at the fossils there is no support of this idea of all animals coming from one. Naturalist quickly said that animals from back in the day had too soft of bodies and there for there would never be any fossil record. Interesting, right? Sounds like they just make this up as they go so there ideas can sound right.

Last of all we have the idea of natural selection. I remember in UTT the other day when we learned about the fruit fly with four wings. Then I remembered we studied this in Miss Walkers biology class, cool right? Anyways, a normal fruit fly has one set of wings, it flys with them, duh, but when scientists mutated a fruit fly to have two sets of wings (four). These so called scientists said to themselves, "Look at us we are SOOO smart, we made a fruit fly with two sets a wings." But there little four winged fly, was a cripple and all the other flys stayed away from it. Because this four winged fly was a crippled social outcast, and could only live in a lab, it died off never to be seen again. As you can see, this mutation was not selected, even though it should have been better it wasn't.

And this is why Naturalism has so many problems and is not solid information.

Thank you and good night!

Positivity Proposal

I plan on writing letters to my family and closest friends about how much they mean to me in my life. I want to be finished with my letters by Sunday, then I can hand them out on Monday! All I need is a pen and paper and I'll be hand writing my letters!! Then they can know I took the time to personalize each one. I think if I express how I feel to my friends and family, it will lift their spirits up. And they can always look back on the letter when they are sad.

Beowulf

Some "epic" challenges in my life are getting good grades, finding myself again and keeping my self from doing things I know I shouldn't such as telling lies or gossiping. I have many challenges, they may be nothing to some. But they are struggles for me.

I realize that I need to fight my own battles. I normally do, I never ask for someone to step in for me, but I will ask for assistance. I know in overcoming some of these fights I have to admit to myself that I am making mistakes and I have faults. After I admit something like that, I need to surround myself with people who can hold me accountable. I can then take up my sword and defeat these monsters, continuing on my path. I will hang these monsters head's up and show all, this is what I've done, this is what I have overcome and this is how I've grown.

Does God Love Me?

Is it possible for God, a being who cannot be in the presence of sin, to love someone who chooses to do wrong. A girl is out with her friends, she is trying on clothes, shoes and accessories. She later finds a pair of earrings in her purse he didn’t pay for. Is she no longer loved? The next time she goes out shopping her purposefully sneaks things into her purse. Now is she no longer loved? Some people would say that this girl is a sinner and now cannot be loved; others would say this is a mistake in her life, and her choice was wrong but this does not mean she is not loved. 1 John 4:16 says “And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelled in love dwelled in God, and God in him.” But Psalm 5:5 says that “The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.” So which is it, are we all loved, and He is discouraged by our actions, or are we all hated.

So does God love everybody? According to Dr. Robert Morey God does not. He says that God hates certain people like Esau and he loved certain people like Jacob. Others would disagree, and say Esau was hated for his actions, not him personally. A wise person once said “God does not hate you, but he hates what you’re doing. This makes sense because we all sin, weather we are following God or not. If we are Christian and sin, we ask God for forgiveness; therefore He cannot hate us, can He? Maybe he is just angry with what we do until we ask for our sins to be pardoned. It is hard to say whether we are loved or hated. We need to establish is God an angry God or a loving one? The answer is both! He loves us when we are good, and is stern with us when we are bad. Now we can answer the main question.

Personality

Your Type Is

Extroverted Sensing Feeling Perceiving
Strength of the Preferences %
89 56 38 11

You are:
Very expressed Extrovert
Moderately expressed sensing personality
Moderately expressed feeling personality
Slightly expressed perceiving personality

I completely agree with these results, I am very sociable and like to do things such as shopping and going out with friends. (The mall is like my second home) I also judge and base things on how I feel. My mood greatly affects my day and weather I make good decisions or bad. The only one I don't quite understand what how I am perceiving because I try to not put my self into too many situations were I need to resolve problems. And when I am in a situation that calls for this, I don't feel inclined to improvise, but I guess I do seek alternatives. So I suppose me having a slightly perceiving personality makes sense.

I do believe that this test accurately portrays my personality and that it sheds some light on how I do things and take care of situations.

"Life is like a box of crayons. Most people are the 8-color boxes, but what you're really looking for are the 64-color boxes with the sharpeners on the back. I fancy myself to be a 64-color box, though I've got a few missing. It's ok though, because I've got some more vibrant colors like periwinkle at my disposal."
